Structural diagram and working principle of self sealing refueling gun
The self sealing oil gun has an independent sealed pressure sensing working system integrated with the gun body. When the main valve of the oil gun is opened and high-speed oil flows through the return valve, the pressure sensing system will generate negative pressure due to the special structural design of the return valve assembly. Under normal operating conditions, the negative pressure of the pressure sensing system will continuously replenish gas through the vent pipe located in the oil outlet pipeline, so that the upper and lower air pressures of the pressure sensing diaphragm are basically balanced. When the filling liquid level rises and overflows, and the vent pipe is closed (at this time the container is full), the negative pressure in the pressure sensing system will rapidly rise. At this time, the pressure on both sides of the pressure sensing diaphragm is unbalanced (with negative pressure on the upper part), and the diaphragm will drive the switch card to move towards the negative pressure side, causing the bolt to move out of the gear, thus completing the self sealing closing action of the fuel gun within 0.3 seconds. Installation, debugging, editing, voice, unboxing, inspection, and self sealing refueling gun are packaged in two layers: inner and outer. After opening the inner packaging, customers should carefully check whether the product has inspection certificates, instructions, and other attachments, and check whether the specifications, models, threads, and other parameters marked meet the customer's procurement requirements. If any errors or transportation damages are found, please contact our company immediately. Before installing the device, manually switch the fuel gun at a constant speed 2-3 times and check if its action mechanism is normal. When connecting, first fix the oil pipe joint with a tool, and then use both hands to pull the gun body and tighten it. After tightening, check for medium leakage at the joint under nominal pressure.
