After the main valve of the unloading overflow valve is closed, the accumulated oil in the unloading hose can only be discharged through a bypass valve, and the flow rate is controlled at 12-20L/min until the liquid level rises to within 50-80mm from the top of the oil tank. Incorrect connection between the unloading hose and the bent joint, or disconnection between the unloading hose and the liquid filled joint, can cause oil spillage, which may result in personal injury, property damage, fire, explosion, and soil and water pollution. If damaged or lost parts are found that do not meet the requirements for closed connections, please do not use them. 7. Ensure that all connections between the fuel tank and tanker, including the connections of the discharge hose and elbow, are sealed and reliable to prevent oil leakage. When the oil tank overflows due to the anti overflow valve during oil unloading: After the oil tanker's oil unloading valve is closed, if the liquid in the unloading hose cannot be discharged for a long time, it indicates that the oil tank has overflowed. Before disassembling the quick connector and elbow connector of the oil unloading hose, it is necessary to wait for the liquid level in the tank to drop so that the liquid in the oil unloading hose can be discharged.
