How to install an oil spill prevention valve?

Firstly, it is necessary to remove the filling cap and adapter from the vertical pipe of the oil discharge overflow valve, as well as the existing oil discharge pipe. Measure from the inside of the tank top to the top of the pipeline. For two-point applications, measure the size of the flange and mark the size on the oil discharge aluminum tube. For coaxial equipment, measure from the bottom of the bracket of the top adapter and then remove the aluminum tube. Slide the stainless steel clamp provided perpendicular to the upper oil unloading aluminum tube until the outer edge line aligns with the mark applied in step 4, and then tighten the clamp. Guided by the edge of the fixture, carefully observe the rotating tube when sawing the oil aluminum tube to prevent exhaust. After sawing, remove the pipe clamp, file the bottom flat, and remove all burrs. Measure from the same location and mark the dimensions at the lower end of the aluminum tube. If the bottom of the cut oil unloading aluminum tube is not square, the inclination angle with the horizontal line must not exceed 300 ° and must extend downwards. Within the small gap specified by the fuel tank manufacturer, the low point of the fuel unloading aluminum tube must not protrude. Remove the bottom of the oil spill valve and apply fire-resistant oil pipe sealant to the external thread at the bottom of the valve assembly. Thread the lower oil discharge aluminum tubes of all channels through the stop end. When the oil level reaches about 95% of the tank capacity, the mechanical device of the oil discharge overflow valve is released and the valve plate automatically closes. At this time, the flow rate is about 5 gallons per minute through the diversion pipe. Then, the tank operator can stop unloading oil, cut off and drain the unloading hose. Every time the fuel level exceeds 95% of the tank capacity, it will automatically shut down. If the oil unloading does not stop and the oil exceeds 98% of the tank capacity, the diversion valve will close.
The characteristics of the oil unloading overflow valve are: 1. Simple, convenient, and fast installation: no need for excavation or special manholes. 2. Economic savings: The cost is a small fraction of other expensive, complex, and difficult to install valves. 3. Comprehensive equipment: Provides brand new upper and lower risers without the need for additional accessories, simplifying installation. 4. Fully automatic operation: No need to check the operation in advance, no need to reset, no interruption or abuse. 5. It will not generate pressure on the fuel tank and is directly controlled by the oil level. You can use a dipstick to measure the oil level. 6. Direct and rapid improvement: suitable for new and old oil tanks equipped with 3-inch and 4-inch oil discharge risers. 7. The characteristic of rapid emptying is that when the top pressure is released, the oil above the device will be automatically emptied. 8. Optimal flow rate in industry. Different types of unloading overflow valves can meet the needs of various underground oil tanks, including two-point, coaxial, lifting shaft, and remote unloading types. The oil discharge overflow valve and oil discharge pipeline can be connected with threads or flanges to ensure that the oil discharge overflow valve is installed in the appropriate position and the oil discharge pipe is closed.
