   The oil -removing anti -spill valve belongs to a two -stage closed mechanical anti -spill valve. The working principle is to automatically close the flow when the oil is relieved by the oil gravity. When the oil product reaches 90%of the oil tank, the valve mechanism is released. Turn off; the oil accumulated in the oil-removing hose is exhausted through the small bypass valve, and the flow control is controlled at 12-20 liters/minute. The operator can stop the injection process and disconnect the side side by side. As long as the oil level of more than 90%of the oil products, the main valve will be automatically closed. If the oil level of the oil rises to about 95%of the can, the bypass valve will be completely closed to completely cut off the flow of oil to prevent accidents or deliberate overflows.

The oil-removing anti-overflow valve should fully meet 6.1.13 of the national standard GB 50156-2012, that is, the oil tank shall take the anti-overflow measures when the oil unloading should be taken. When the oil can reach 90%of the oil tank capacity, it should be able to touch the high -liquid level alarm device; when the oil reaches 95%of the oil tank capacity, the oil should be automatically stopped to continue to enter the tank.

Special reminder: After the oil removal valve on the oil tank is closed, if the oil in the oil unloading hose is not exhausted for a long time, it indicates that the oil tank is overflowing. It is necessary to wait until the liquid level of the oil tank decreases. After the oil in the oil unloading hose can be put out, it can be removed to remove the rapid connection of the oil unloading hose and the oil unloading pipe joint.
