The
following conditions apply to this contract:
1) A Cash fee of $________ (non-refundable)
is to be paid at the time of mating unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2) Owner of Stud guarantees pregnancy to
above female.
3) If female does not conceive from this
mating, the owner of the stud agrees to allow this same female, at her next season,
to be re-mated to the same stud at no additional charge. Also, within two breedings if female does not
conceive, owner of stud is not responsible for refund or any further breeding.
4) If no puppies are expected, owner of
stud should be notified ten days before due date.
5) The birth of (1) puppy born constitutes
a litter and no return service will be granted unless herein stipulated.
